ORDERS may be placed on the site and an order confirmation will be produced.

Minimum Order £150.00 (Carriage £20.00)
Carriage paid order: £500.00 For UK Mainland.
Vat invoices are produced at the time of despatch from Cinnamon Home LTD.

Estimated delivery times will be sent with order updates.

Cinnamon Home Ltd currently factor invoices and may require further account information to set this up, in these cases customers will be contacted by telephone.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Credit terms strictly 30 days net unless otherwise agreed in writing by Cinnamon Home Ltd
2. Title to the goods remains with Cinnamon Home Ltd until payment is received in full
3. Any damages or shortages must be reported to Cinnamon Home Ltd within 5 working days
4. Cinnamon Home Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on any outstanding amounts after the agreed credit term in line with statutory guidelines (currently Bank of England base rate + 8%)
5. Cinnamon Home Ltd reserves the right to demand refund of any discount on overdue accounts.
6. Cinnamon Home Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any customer failing to comply with these terms and conditions

7. Cinnamon Home Ltd are not responsible for goods delivered to third party customers via third party carriers and we would advise customers to take out insurance to cover such claims.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
